This two-week program is specifically designed to challenge high school campers in their personal Christian growth and equip them for effective ministry. The first week will include up to fifteen different sessions, interaction with godly leaders, and personal interviews to guide each individual in their spiritual walk. The second week will present each camper with opportunities to serve in the camp ministry in areas such as counseling, operations, and program. If you desire a heart for ministry and want to learn how to become an effective leader among your peers and those that look up to you, this specialized Leadership Camp is for you!

We require each leadership camper to have a reference from their pastor or youth pastor before they arrive at camp. They can access the reference form with the button below. You can send them the link or refer them to this page!

Retreat Info

Registration & Payment
  • Registration can be completed online using the registration button above.
  • The total cost for the retreat is $385, which includes lodging, meals, program activities, and facility usage.
  • A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration to reserve your spot. This deposit is applied toward the total $385 fee.
  • You may choose to pay the full amount at once. If not, the remaining balance is due upon arrival at the retreat.
  • Payments can be made through online registration, by check, over the phone, or in cash upon arrival at the retreat.
  • Each cabin includes several twin-sized bunk beds, a private bathroom and shower area, and a small closet.
  • Cabins are equipped with a box fan, soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and basic cleaning supplies.
  • Bedding and towels are not provided for cabins, so please be sure to bring your own.
  • We do our best to accommodate church groups and roommate requests; however, cabins may be shared with other groups as needed.
  • Meals will be served in the Dining Hall, where our kitchen provides well-balanced meals for all guests.
  • Allergies: We can accommodate most food allergies. Please indicate any allergies on your child’s registration form so the kitchen staff can properly prepare for meal times.
  • Dietary Preferences: While we accommodate allergies, we cannot accommodate special dietary preferences (such as vegan, vegetarian, or keto). Guests following specific dietary plans may bring a labeled cooler and coordinate access with the Kitchen Manager.
Men
  • Casual dress pants (not jeans), a button-down shirt, and casual shoes with socks (not sandals or tennis shoes) should be worn to evening services.
  • Jeans without holes or frayed hems, knee-length shorts, and athletic pants can be worn outside of services.
  • Men are not to wear tank tops, ripped blue jeans, tight slacks, bicycle shorts, or any other clothing considered questionable or inappropriate. This applies both at camp and in town, during the week and on weekends.
  • Male staff members may not wear jewelry (i.e., earrings, bracelets, or necklaces).
  • Sandals or closed-toed shoes are acceptable footwear for camp activities.
  • Button-down and dress slacks are appropriate for Sunday morning services. Ties are encouraged Cleanliness and personal care of hair and clothing are essential for a proper representation of Christ.
Women
  • A dress or a skirt and blouse should be worn to the camp evening services and Sunday services.
  • Casual, feminine, and knee-length walking shorts, basketball shorts, or loose non-denim capris can be worn outside of services.
  • Loose-fitting, non-denim pants are permitted for camp activities and weekends when stated. Avoid form fitting materials (spandex) and garments with rips or holes.
  • All dresses, skirts, and shorts must come to the middle of the knee, and low necklines and backs are not permitted.
  • Slits in skirts should not be higher than the knee.
  • Women are not to wear blue jeans, tank tops, crop tops, or any other tight or faddish clothing. This applies to both at camp and in town, during the week and on weekends.
  • We want our ladies to consider that distinctly feminine apparel is expressed by cut and lines, style, fabric, and accessories.
  • Cleanliness and personal care of hair and clothing are essential for a proper representation of Christ.
What to Pack
This is by no means an all-inclusive list, but it should provide you with a general idea.

  • Enough clothes for at least one week and the weekend (on Saturday, there will be a scheduled time for you to do laundry).

  • Dark shirt and knee-length shorts or swimming trunks for water activities (This applies to guys and girls.)
  • Warm jacket—the weather is often chilly in the early morning and evening and then warms up through the afternoon.

The schedule you receive at the retreat will provide information on all of the tournaments, games, and activities planned, including their times.
Leadership campers arrive on Monday, July 6, for registration along with all other campers. They spend that week as a camper, with some specific sessions, and stay at camp over the weekend. The next week, they serve alongside our summer staff, departing at the end of that week (Friday, Jul 17).
