2026 Theme: The Pursuit Of Truth

Teens from all walks of life will meet, compete, and retreat into the beautiful woods of CoBeAc. At CoBeAc, we focus on four elements of camp: No Distractions, Great Food, Real Joy, and Spiritual Intensity! Hundreds of young people will be challenged by preachers from all across the country to make decisions in the areas of salvation and Christian growth! Zip line, human foosball, basketball, volleyball, miniature golf, swimming, boating, and so much more are available for you to channel your inner explorer!

Retreat Info

Registration & Payment
  • Registration can be completed online using the registration button above.
  • The total cost for summer camp is $299, which includes lodging, meals, program activities, and facility usage.
  • A $50 non-refundable deposit is required by the deposit deadline (March 7) to reserve your spot. This deposit is applied toward the total $299 fee.
  • You may choose to pay the full amount at once. If not, the remaining balance is due upon arrival at the retreat.
  • Payments can be made through online registration, by check, over the phone, or in cash upon arrival.
  • Each cabin includes several twin-sized bunk beds, a private bathroom and shower area, and a small closet.
  • Cabins are equipped with a box fan, soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and basic cleaning supplies.
  • Bedding and towels are not provided for cabins, so please be sure to bring your own.
  • We do our best to accommodate church groups and roommate requests; however, cabins may be shared with other groups as needed.
  • Meals will be served in the Dining Hall, where our kitchen provides well-balanced meals for all guests.
  • Allergies: We can accommodate most food allergies. Please indicate any allergies on your child’s registration form so the kitchen staff can properly prepare for meal times.
  • Dietary Preferences: While we accommodate allergies, we cannot accommodate special dietary preferences (such as vegan, vegetarian, or keto). Guests following specific dietary plans may bring a labeled cooler and coordinate access with the Kitchen Manager.
  • We maintain a conservative emphasis on conduct and attire.
  • For Ladies: Our general rule is "neck to the knees and loose." Loose, knee-length shorts, loose-fitting slacks/jeans/pants are acceptable for recreational activities. CoBeAc does not view leggings/jeggings as appropriate outerwear; if worn, please layer under other knee length attire. Casual skirts or dresses must come to the middle of the knee and are encouraged to be worn to the evening services. Shirts must have sleeves: no tank tops or spaghetti strap tops should be worn. Avoid wearing clothing with inappropriate advertisements.
  • For Gentlemen: Our general rule is "neck to the knees and loose." Recreational clothing for outdoor activities, athletic clothing for gym activities, and nice, casual clothing should be worn to the evening services. All shirts must have sleeves: no tank tops. Bring clothes that would be comfortable, yet conservative, for recreational activities. Avoid wearing clothing with inappropriate advertisement.

Each purchase will be debited from the money placed on their account. At the end of the week, any unspent funds will be refunded.
  • Camp CoBeAc is attempting to be fully cashless during the weeks of summer camp, both for ease of transaction and safety of camper's funds. If campers arrive at camp carrying cash, they will be permitted to deposit it in the check-in line and the corresponding amount will be placed on their account.
