All the data gathered during the client meetings or from the website contact form will be confidential and will only be used for the project development
In the event that project with zeek studio is canceled by clients, there will be no refund for the advance payment.
All creative concepts remain the property of Zeek Studio until the completion and complete payment of the work. These rights and ownerships include preliminary concepts, works in progress, and finished material.
Zeek Studios will grant all reproduction and usage rights upon payment of all fees.
Zeek Studio retains the right to use the work for promotional purposes.
If the project is canceled and all outstanding fees are not paid, the work remains the property of Zeek Studio.
